Contract processing of paprika

We wash, slice, dry, grind, homogenize and package the post-ripened paprika for businesses, farmers and private individuals.

Drying of spice peppers:
The spicy or sweet peppers are dried in three different ways according to the customer's requirements:

  1. Tobacco drying: gentle drying in a raschel bag for 10 to 12 days
  2. Chamber drying: after washing and slicing, the peppers are dried on trays for 24 hours
  3. Binder-type belt dryer: continuous drying after washing and slicing (5 - 6 hours)

Grinding:
The dried paprika is ground with a hammer mill and then ground in a stone mill with three pairs of stones. The mill system includes a control sieve to ensure the correct particle size.

Homogenisation:
Our company has 2 homogenizing equipment of different sizes available.

The fully homogeneous ground paprika can be packed in bags or smaller packs on request.

Packaging:
It is possible to package by machine or by hand from 50 g to 1000 g.
