Stone pepper mill

After the hammer mill, the dried paprika is ground between pairs of horizontal stones set up tightly. The oil in the kernel dissolves the coloring agents in the skin, which coat the vegetable particles of the paprika, giving the ground paprika a uniform and more intense color. The stone grinding is followed by conditioning, with intensive stirring and purified, softened water to adjust the moisture content of the ground pepper to the optimum water content of 8-11 %. At the end of the stone grinding process, the flour is sieved through a 0,5 mm sieve.

Pin milling system

The grinding is carried out between a stationary peg disc mounted on an opening door and pegs on a rotating rotor. The system is equipped with a conditioning device and a control sieve to ensure the correct particle size. Capacity: 200 - 1000 kg/hour

Hammer mill

Grinding and milling of various dried products (mushrooms, horseradish, etc...), spices (paprika, pepper, cumin, etc...), seeds (barley, malt, oatmeal, sprouted products, etc...).
