The core of the REVTECH equipment is a 100 mm diameter, 120 m long spiral,<\/b>continuous, uninterrupted stainless steel tube<\/b>mounted on a hexagonal support structure. The tube is electrically connected to a high-performance transformer and is heated directly by electrical impedance through the tube wall.
Vibration motors attached to the structure generate directed vibrations, causing the material inside the tube to move upwards from below and to be in constant contact with the tube, which is set to the temperature required for heat treatment. Due to the vibrating motion, the treated material also mixes by itself. Openings are placed on both sides, opposite each other, at every 180\u00b0 of the spiral pipe system. Through these openings, gases or steam can be introduced into the pipe,<\/b>, vagy a kezel\u00e9s folyam\u00e1n or gases generated during treatment can be extracted<\/b> using a column connected to the pipe system with flexible silicone hoses. The heat-treated product can be cooled either within the pipe system or in a separate unit, and then conveyed for further processing or packaging. With a special dosing device equipped<\/b> with a dual-material nozzle, a liquid coating solution,<\/b>dispersion or emulsion can be sprayed onto the product moving inside the tube.<\/b>Thanks to the intensive movement and mixing of the processed product, the injected liquid is evenly distributed on the product surface.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tIn the food industry, the requirements for degermination (heat treatment, sterilisation, pasteurisation) are shifting towards natural technologies. This has encouraged the development of innovative processes based on traditional steam and other heat treatment methods.\n

\nAt our company, degermination equipment is available<\/b>, illetve with both steam and electrically heated systems.<\/b> With these technologies, yeasts, moulds, salmonella, and E. coli<\/b> can be completely eliminated, and the total microbial count can be significantly reduced.\n

\nIn addition to excellent microbiological results, a major advantage is that the quality of the products can also be preserved with the technologies we use.\n

\nSensory properties are retained, and there is no visible difference between treated and untreated products.\n

\nThe REVTECH equipment does not contain coils, mixing paddles, rotating pins, or mechanical parts that may damage the material to be treated. There is no physical damage even for products such as almonds, hazelnuts, or other nuts. Sensitive products such as oregano or parsley also retain their colour.<\/b>\n

Roasting occurs directly through contact with the stainless steel tube wall, and it is also possible to introduce additional hot air.\n

\n Continuous and fully automated process:<\/b>
\nThe vibro-fluidised operation ensures perfectly even roasting and excellent homogeneity, with the possibility of creating an extra roasted flavour, as the product is steamed in its own vapour in a confined environment. Handling is very gentle, there are no mixers or other moving parts, so even fragile nuts such as cashews or peanuts are not damaged, and the skin of the almond also remains intact. Heat treatment in a closed environment, with precise control of temperature and exposure time, allowing for a wide range of colours and flavours to be developed.\n

\nA wide variety of products can be toasted or roasted (almonds, cashews, pistachios, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, wheat, etc.)\n

\nThanks to the unique configuration, pasteurisation of the product can also be ensured during roasting. This enables the elimination of all pathogens: Salmonella, E. coli, Coliforms, yeasts, moulds, and the total microbial count can be significantly reduced.\n

\nThe product can be flavoured during heat treatment by injecting salted water or liquid flavouring.
