Germ removal, sterilisation

In the food industry, the requirements for germ removal (heat treatment, sterilization, pasteurization) are shifting towards natural technologies. This has encouraged the development of innovative processes based on traditional steam and other heat treatment methods.

We also offer steam and electrically heated germicidal equipment. With these technologies, yeasts, molds, salmonella, E-coli can be completely eradicated and the total germ count can be greatly reduced.

In addition to the excellent microbiological results, the quality of the products can also be preserved with the technologies we use.

The organoleptic properties are preserved and there is no visible difference between treated and untreated products.

REVTECH equipment does not contain pulleys, mixing plates, pivots, mechanical parts that could damage the material to be treated. There is no physical damage to products such as almonds, hazelnuts, nuts. Delicate products such as oregano or parsley retain their color.

The system is continuous and fully automated, so there is no risk of reinfection.
