Operating principle

The equipment operates continuously,with stepless adjustment of the material flow.

The product enters the degermination equipment via a frequency-controlled dosing screw onto a vibrating tray, which feeds it into the steam chamber..

In the steam chamber, the material is conveyed by an endless silicone belt with stepless speed control to a spreading coil mounted on the outlet pipe of the tank, which distributes the product evenly onto the drying belt.Temperature and steam pressure in the steam chamber are adjustable. The drying air is heated by steam-operated radiators, and air movement is provided by a radial fan.

Hot air is blown into the upper 3/4 of the dryer, while the lower part is used for cooling the product.Air cooling is provided by a compressor-driven cooling unit. The air extracted from the dryer passes into a separation cyclone, after which the humid air is released outdoors.

The cooled material leaving the dryer is conveyed by a screw conveyor to the bagging system.
